HOSPITALITY / GUEST EXPERIENCE ALL INDUSTRIES ↗
ADD eSIM / HOTELS

EVERY ARRIVALCAN START CONNECTED.

A guest lands before they reach reception. Give your hotel, resort or accommodation group a practical way to offer mobile data in the moments that matter — under your customer experience, not somebody else’s.

THE DISTRIBUTION MOMENT The stay starts before check-in. Connectivity can, too.
01

A useful pre-arrival service

02

A new optional ancillary offer

03

A branded touchpoint beyond the lobby

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

THE CHECK-IN IS TOO LATE.

For international guests, the first challenge often comes between the airport and the hotel: maps, messages, transfers and instructions. The right offer belongs in the pre-arrival journey, not on a leaflet nobody sees.

01BOOKING EMAIL / GUEST PORTAL

Before arrival

Present a destination-specific eSIM after reservation, when dates and destination are already known.

02MOBILE CHECK-IN / CONCIERGE

At digital check-in

Keep the offer accessible through your guest app, arrival guide or pre-stay messages.

03MULTI-PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION

Across the group

Use a consistent connectivity offer across properties while attributing performance to each hotel or brand.

02 / BUSINESS MODELS

SELL. INCLUDE. REWARD.

Use the model that fits your customer journey. The connectivity sits inside a service you already own.

Sell

Guests purchase a data plan from a tracked link or branded offer shared by the property.

Include

Bundle a starter allowance into a premium stay, resort package or international arrival service.

Reward

Offer connectivity to loyalty members, VIP guests or selected booking categories.

03 / HOW IT FITS

A simple guest journey

Start with one clear customer touchpoint. Keep the operating model simple.

  1. 01

The guest receives a reservation confirmation or pre-arrival message.

  2. 02

A connectivity offer appears beside transfers and arrival information.

  3. 03

The guest purchases or claims a suitable eSIM and follows activation instructions.

IMPORTANT / PRACTICAL FIT

A sensible fit, not a universal upsell

The strongest audiences are guests arriving from countries where their existing roaming plans may be expensive or unsuitable. Many regional travelers already have adequate roaming. Offers should match device compatibility, trip length, country coverage and the support model of the selected supplier.

04 / QUESTIONS

THE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER.

Does a hotel need its own telecom infrastructure?

No. Distribution can run through an approved connectivity supplier using a link, branded page or integration. The final setup depends on the supplier and the hotel group’s requirements.

Can each property have its own attribution?

That can be included when the selected distribution platform supports property-level tracking and reporting. Confirm it before launching a multi-property programme.

Must the hotel charge guests for connectivity?

No. A hotel can sell an optional plan, include data in a package or sponsor it for selected guests.

Who helps a guest if activation fails?

That responsibility must be agreed before launch. The hotel should have a clear escalation route and transparent supplier support terms.
